Employee Performance Management
Through the Employee Performance Management Dashboard, the framework of standards for employees is defined and their compliance measured. It works by awarding points for the completion of jobs, travel fulfilled and positive outcomes achieved such as first time fixes, SLAs met, customer surveys completed and specialist skills used. Negative behaviours such as late starts, certain reasons for not completing a job and customer signatures missed can also be penalised.
The Employee Performance Management Dashboard then enables the aggregate points achieved by each region each week to be identified and compared to target. It supports drill down to team and individual level and provides league charts of performance to quickly identify top and bottom performers, allowing praise and promotion or improvement interventions to be taken as appropriate. The dashboard can also be used to automatically drive employee performance improvement. Real-time feedback to employees and periodic updates on their overall performance and league standing can combine to act as an effective ‘nudge’ to keep individuals focused on what matters most to the organisation.
