Webinar - Mobilise, Optimise, Synchronise: The Drivers of Service Excellence

In response to the findings from our recent YouGov survey on the state of UK customer service, we hosted a live Webinar on the 28th February. Our speakers included a strategy expert, previous Service Director and Sumair Dutta, our guest speaker from Aberdeen Group.

During this Webinar we addressed the three drivers which we identified and considered as being critical to achieving service excellence: mobilisation, optimisation and synchronisation.

Service Management Expo 2011
