We help our customers to increase service revenues through enhanced customer retention and the systematic identification of up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. For many customers, their Cognito solution has also become an essential element of differentiation that is allowing them to win new business in competitive markets.

In one example, it became apparent to our client - a third party maintainer - that they were missing out on significant incremental service revenues. Their mobile workers would often be called out to fix electronic office products and notice other devices on the premises - but had no way of capturing this information, or of suggesting that the service contract be extended to include these other products.

We worked with them to develop a handheld application, integrated into their mobile service workflow, that enabled the engineer to capture this valuable market intelligence and offer the customer an extended contract. This initiative resulted in incremental revenues of nearly a £1,000,000 in the first year of operation.
