The Service Delivery Platform's Integration Services are responsible for communication and integration with the customer’s front and back office systems. The services are based on industry-leading Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) technologies and include a toolkit of vendor-certified enterprise software adapters and connectors that can connect to systems in a variety of ways depending on the interfaces available. Cognito's Integration Services can also be used to link to an existing customer Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
