Corporate and social responsibility

It is important to us that we play a part in the local community so we actively encourage our people to support local fundraising events and build relationships with local community groups;

Education Business Partnership [EBP] - In addition to offering work experience opportunities, our people also support EBP in running their Think Big and Champions of Enterprise events at local schools.

Our MD, Steve Alderson was chair of the panel of judges at the Champions of Enterprise finals on 8 December 2009. Our congratulations go to the winning team Venture from Kennet School . Take a look at the EBP newsletter.

West Berkshire Council Enterprise Award nominee - Cognito was nominated on the basis on our work supporting the skills of young people and our own staff.

Charity Work - Every year we identify a local charity to support and then have some fun raising money for it - Our team is currently in training for the Reading 1/2 Marathon on 21 March 2010 in support of our nominated charity Naomi House Children's Hospice - if you would like to support us then please click here
