We have been able to help service organisations achieve dramatic improvements in their stock management efficiency by identifying the location of all the parts likely to be required to complete specific tasks, tracking parts usage as an integrated part of job completion, and identifying trends in parts usage and demand.
Van stocks are tracked in real-time, and spare parts exchange between mobile workers is monitored and audited. All movements in and out of van stock can be recorded and any necessary parts reordering and replenishment initiated automatically. Where appropriate serial numbers can be captured and tracked.
