- “How can I grow my service revenues?”
- “I know I need a mobile workforce solution. But how can I be sure it will deliver the anticipated benefits?”

Corporate Manslaughter Act 2007
According to government figures, in 2005 there were 34 prosecutions but only 6 convictions for corporate manslaughter; yet from 1996-2006, 2721 workers and 4312 members of the pubic were killed in work-related accidents. The Health and Safety Executive believes that the majority of workplace accidents are preventable, and the new act is designed to overcome a defect in the previous law that required prosecutors to show that a "directing mind" at the top of a company was responsible for a death.
Landlords Gas Safety Certificate - CP12
Cognito has built such a solution for the gas service industry. In 1996 the government passed a law requiring all landlords who rent part or all of a property to have all gas appliances and pipework checked every 12 months, with a certificate to prove it. Cognito's ability to seamlessly combine data capture with the generation of obligatory forms and certificates is just one of the advantages of its fully integrated Mobile Workforce Management solutions.
Roadmap to a Solution
Cognito has been providing Mobile Workforce Management solutions for nearly 20 years, and understands how to focus a wide spectrum of management methods combined with appropriate technology on the challenges faced by your business. This process begins by understanding the business benefits to your organisation from mobile technology through an in-depth business analysis.
